Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order by contacting Henlex Collection.

We can normally cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for fulfillment or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; applicable return rights may still apply.

If a cancellation is accepted before fulfillment, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

International customers may have additional cancellation rights under applicable local law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
